In order to secure your private party date, you MUST submit the $50.00 deposit.  Once the minimum workshop requirements are met, you will receive a unique code to apply your $50.00 deposit towards your project cost.  
As the host/hostess, YOU are responsible for inviting guests and making sure they register by your workshop deadline. The deadline for ALL guest to register will be noted in your private party workshop link.   


If you cancel or reschedule your party for ANY reason your deposit will be forfeitedIf you cancel your event after your deposit is converted to a unique credit code, the code will immediately become invalid.  You and your guests will have the option to 1) receive the selected project as a take home kit, 2) have us make the project for you or 3) receive a 70% refund.

To get your full deposit applied to your project cost, you MUST have at least 8 guests {including yourself} register for your event, or reach $400.00 in workshop registrations. The deposit will be converted to a unique credit code once the minimum number of guests have registered or minimum amount of workshop sales has been reached.  If you do not meet the minimum requirements by the deadline (noted in your workshop link), your deposit will be forefited.

Private Workshops will have exclusive access of our workshop for 3 hours on the date and time you have secured. ALL guests that plan to attend MUST register by the deadline! ONLY those who have registered can enter the studio so please be sure everyone registers. 

Everyone attending your workshop MUST BE 18 years of age or older. Please contact us directly for exceptions.

Once someone has registered and picked their design NO CHANGES can be made. Please make sure everyone understands this. Once your deposit has been paid, we will contact you to go over project choices and set up your exclusive registration link.

Terms

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 48 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
